Richard A. Mackey Jr

MD, FACS

Dr. Mackey is a board-certified surgeon specializing in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. He was named a “Top Doc” by Baltimore Magazine in 2010, 2011, and 2012 for Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery. He was also named among the “Top Up and Coming Surgeons” in 2013 by Washingtonian Magazine.

Joshua Forman

MD

Dr. Forman received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and is a specialist in advanced therapeutic ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound, Esophageal, Enteral and Colonic Stenting, as well as difficult polypectomy.

Deborah Hartley

Deborah Hartley is The Regional Manager for The Liver and Pancreas Center. In addition to managing the daily operations of the Center, Debbie offers a highly personalized touchpoint for patients with complex hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases. She coordinates the details of their care in an efficient and compassionate manner. With 15 years experience in operations management, Debbie brings special personal attention to every Liver and Pancreas Center patient.
